Mizuno Wave Rebellion Pro 3

Updated to feature a brand-new nitrogen infused, super-critical midsole foam, the Mizuno Wave Rebellion Pro 3 in Mizuno Ignition Red/White/Baseball Blue offers elevated levels of energy return, softness and lightness.

Elsewhere the Mizuno Rebellion Pro 3 has been tweaked to take advantage of the new foam, with a slightly elevated drop and a wider and longer landing platform, and a barely legal, max stack of foam.

The wave plate enhances stability with a small side wing at the midfoot as well as the spoon shape that provides a propulsive feel through your stride. Working as part of the Smooth Speed Assist technology it helps you find your most efficient gait.

A G3 outsole is designed to give high levels of traction in a lightweight package, perfect for maxing out your speed on race day.
